Are you wanting to begin a daily practice, but don’t know where to start?

Here’s my guide on developing a practice that feels good and fits the shape of your life.

If you’ve worked through the activities there and are still unsure of what your daily practice might look like, here are a selection of options I’ve categorized based on their relationship with movement/embodiment.

As you read through the practices, think about the following questions:

  • Could this, or a version of this, feel good for my body?

  • How would this practice fit into my day-to-day life?

  • In what ways would this help me connect with myself, nature, others, or the Transcendent (whatever that means for you)?

Remember: a daily practice can be anything you do with: intention, attention, and repetition.

If your day is super busy and you can’t find 10 minutes to set aside, don’t try to force it!

Identify one of the tasks you’re already doing and do it with more, you guessed it, intention, attention, and repetition. Similar to washing dishes, sweeping, and vacuuming, most of our “mindless” chores can instead be done mindfully.
